Terms of use

These terms apply to the Skills Pragati website at skillspragati.com and its practice, lab and exam pages (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Skills Pragati, India ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying a plan you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

Skills Pragati publishes step-by-step video courses for technology certifications and related skills, together with hands-on lab guides, practice simulations, mock exams and related material ("Content"). Course videos are published free on our YouTube channel. Paid plans give access to the subscriber features described on the Pricing page.

2. Your account

  • You need an account to use paid features. Give accurate details and keep your sign-in private.
  • An account is for one person. Sharing an account or its access with others is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once at support@skillspragati.com if you think it has been misused.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian accept these terms for you.

3. Plans, payment and automatic renewal

  • Prices are shown on the Pricing page in Indian rupees (INR) or US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • The Monthly and Yearly plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each period, and the plan price is charged to the payment method you authorised, until you cancel.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you by e-mail before your next renewal. The new price applies from the next period.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by e-mailing support@skillspragati.com from the e-mail address on your account. After you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partly used periods and unused access. The only exception is a charge made in error, as described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Your licence to use the Content

  • We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for your own learning while your access is active.
  • You may not copy, download (except where a download button is provided), resell, share, republish, record or redistribute the Content, the lab guides, the simulations or the exam questions, or use them to train or build another product or service.
  • All rights in the Content stay with us.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not:

  • try to get around access controls, payment, or limits on the Service;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Content;
  • interfere with the Service or other users, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account for misuse, no refund is due.

8. Your own lab environments

The hands-on labs use cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Any account, trial or subscription you create with those providers is between you and them, and you are responsible for its cost. Each lab shows what it needs and how to clean it up, but always check your own bill and remove resources you no longer need.

9. No exam guarantee

Our courses follow the published exam skills outlines, but exams and products change, and no course can guarantee that you pass an exam. Always check the official exam page before you book. Our mock exams are written by us; they are not real exam questions.

10. Trademarks and independence

Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Entra, Defender, Sentinel, Fabric, Power Platform and Excel are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. AWS and Google Cloud are trademarks of their owners. Skills Pragati is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Microsoft, Amazon Web Services or Google.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update, add or retire courses and features over time.

12. Limitation of liability

The Content is for education. To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for costs you incur with third-party services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paying subscribers, we will tell them by e-mail before it applies.
